Do you want to learn more about Policy Management? Are you structured, accurate and have good communication skills and you are currently studying?
We have an interesting role available for a student who is able to work 2 days per week
Key responsibilities/What you do
As a policy management assistant at Allianz Trade Denmark, you will manage the Danish policy portfolio, with tasks such as:
- Drafting and issuing new policies
- Startup process of new policies
- Amending existing policies: issuing addendums
- Registration and updates of our IT-systems
- Be part of our Nordic ITMP project on a new IT platform
- Facilitating customer/client relation/interaction
- Other administrative tasks
Key requirements/What you bring
Your personal qualifications and skills are important to us. We are looking for the following
- 1- 2 -year higher education in economy, law or similar
- Good knowledge of MS Office (primarily Word and Excel)
- Fluent (verbal and written) in both Danish and English
- Outgoing person who enjoys interaction with customers, debtors, business partners, etc.
- A structured approach to work with good collaborative skills
- Focus on quality in day to day work
- Can work in a team, but also independently
- Have an interest in learning new tasks/new systems
- Experience with insurance is an advantage but not a requiremen
- Basic awareness of Artificial Intelligence technologies and enthusiastic about learning and integrating AI into everyday business processes
