Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented PMO Manager with strong organizational skills to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing our project portfolio, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

·         Aligning the project portfolio and project goals with the company's strategy

·         Increasing  project success to achieve additional value for the organization

·         Reducing the risk of project failure through better project planning and management to ensure completion within the planned timeframe, budget, and expected quality

·         Efficient resource management with appropriate skills

·         Effective change management and adaptation to trends by changing business models, processes, and tools

·         Implementing project management standards, educating project managers, project members, sponsors, stakeholders

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in business administration,  Computer Science, or a related field

·         proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role

·         strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools

·         excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

·         ability to work independently and as part of a team

·         Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess project performance and implement improvements

Preferred qualifications:

·         Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification

· 
·           experience in insurance or financial industry
