About the Job
The Governance Reporting Manager with focus on Data & Analytics will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, transparent and timely reports that support strategic decision-making and regulatory compliance in CTO4. You will be responsible for tracking, coordinating and analyzing the essential KPIs as well as presenting results incl. countermeasures to key stakeholders.
What you do
· Prepare and deliver comprehensive governance reports and ensure the accuracy and quality of reporting materials, aligning with internal standards.
· Act as a SPOC within CTO4 and collaborate with cross-functional teams, e.g. with Operations or CTO, to gather and analyze data for reporting purposes.
· Support the development and enhancement of reporting processes in general, including the use of digital tools for visualization and automation, such as Power BI.
· Manage the preparation of materials for stakeholder engagements, ensuring effective communication and transparency.
· Apply and integrate statistical, mathematical, predictive modeling skills to manage and manipulate complex high-volume data from a variety of sources.
What you bring
· Project management knowledge as well as Analytical thinking, methodological and conceptual skills.
· Skills in Business Analysis and/or Data Analysis, preferably via Excel and Power BI.
· Relevant work experience in governance reporting, finance or controlling.
· Experience in facilitating formal governance processes.
· Years of experience: >3 years
· Studies: economics, finance, mathematics or similar.
