Job description
You will
• Lead and Manage Projects in SAP-HCM and make successful decisions or prepare decision-making process based on existing methods and tools.
• Develop project scopes, including timeline and financials and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Measure project performance by using metric systems, tools, and techniques. Set up and lead project teams and delegate tasks to successful implementation.
• Finish projects with proper documentation and handover of project results.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on SAP HCM functionality, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Provide guidance on best practices for SAP HCM implementation, including organizational management, personnel administration, time management, and payroll.
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments in SAP HCM, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business processes
You need
• Project management skills and customer relationship management experience.
• Consulting background, organizational transformation and change management skills.
• Understanding how different parts of the business come together.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• International project experience and consulting experience desirable.
• 3+ years of experience with SAP-Projects
• Knowledge in SAP-HCM
· Fluent German knowledge
