Project Management Officer (PMO) for Business Process Management (BPM) at Allianz SE Holding
Report to AZ SE Holding BPM Expert and act as deputy responsible for maintaining process information up to date (in ADONIS and internal control files) and communications with business process key stakeholders (especially: AZT ADONIS Global Process Management Team, AZ SE Holding Enterprise Architecture (EA) Team, AZ SE Business Continuity Management (BCM) Team, AZ SE Holding IDP Team, Business Owners, Process Owners, BPM Coordinators).
What you will do
· Update process information in ADONIS and internal control files in compliance with identified information gaps in the AZ SE Information Domain, based on DORA requirements
· Ensure correct registration of Group standardized BCM information and respective data classification (at level of: Recovery Time Objective (RTO), Maximum Tolerable Period of Disruption (MTPD), Criticality)
· Identification of process(es) for all outstanding business applications and IDPs in production, through liaison with respective Business Owners & Enterprise Architecture
· Removal of decommissioned applications/IDPs from ADONIS and internal control files, and communication to respective Process Owners and BPM Coordinators
· Consistency review of business process information in Information Domain hosted by AZ SE Holding Enterprise Architecture and managing deviations
· Provide timely advice and guidance to business process key stakeholders when requested, as well as set up and conduct meetings
· Ensure accurate documentation of all BPM activities and prepare regular reports for senior management to provide insights into BPM initiatives and their alignment with organizational goals.

What you bring
· Project Management and Stakeholder Management, Business Process Management (BPM), Business Process Mapping and Notation (BPMN), ADONIS
· Familiarity with other BPM tools and enterprise architecture frameworks is beneficial.
You have
· Consultant or Senior Consultant | minimum of 3-5 years experience in project management
· Understanding of regulatory requirements, such as DORA, and their impact on business process management would be a plus
· Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
