· Doing Product Development tasks with the effectiveness to support the company production and profitability
· Doing Product Development tasks with the efficiency to minimize cost of the development/maintenance
· Comply with all internal Allianz Sales Compliance and OJK regulation in Product Development
· Market & competition survey to define product strategy
· Design the product concept by request/strategy
· Product Committee Meetings, advisory and correction proposal
· OJK Pack internal stakeholder review and SIGNOFF
· OJK Pack submission and feedbacks response
· Ancillary work: brochure, SPPA, website, & refile to OJK
Job Requirement:
· Minimum education Bachelor Degree in Business or Insurance Management
· Minimum 1 years in General Insurance Technical or Marketing area
· Good communication and leadership skill
· Regulation & Filing (internal and regulator)
· Better understanding of Insurance Product
· Insurance Technical Skill: underwriting, claim, product design, re insurance
· CGI/AAAIK certification or international equivalent (CII/ANZIFF)
