Job description
To reinforce our Pricing department, Allianz is currently looking for a motivated, analytical, and team-oriented Pricing Actuary for the Motor Line of Business. As Pricing Actuary within Allianz Benelux, you will have a leading role in tariff development and portfolio management exploiting statistical and predictive advanced modelling techniques for the Dutch and Belgium market.

In addition, you are entitled to:
· A monthly gross salary between €3.800,- and €7.000,- based on a 38 hours work week. • 8% holiday pay and a bonus of 12.5% of annual salary;
· 25 holidays based on a 38-hour working week and the possibility of accruing 13-ADV days;
· A home working allowance;
· NS Business card for all forms of public transport that you can use 24/7 (including private), or a travel allowance of €0.21 per km.
What will you do?
· Lead tariff development and portfolio management exploiting statistical and predictive advanced modelling techniques;
· Perform profitability analysis to guarantee rate adequacy;
· Evaluate the claims’ cost development and perform claim’s inflation analysis;
· Support on solving product- and pricing issues in the context of the planning, and strategic dialogue, ensuring compliancy with legislation applicable;
· Model customer’s behavior based on market and competitor’s analysis;
· Implement and enhance dashboards and business intelligence tools to support risk analysis and portfolio management;
· Doing Research and Development to find new technical solutions;
· Summarize, design and communicate effectively the results to other stakeholders.
Is this you?
· You're holding a Master in a quantitative background field (mathematics, actuarial science, econometrics). • You already have a minimum of 3 years’ of relevant experience related to an analytical pricing function with excellent knowledge of non-life insurance products;
· You have a good knowledge of SQL and Python;
· You have experience with Willis Tower Watson tools Emblem & Radar;
· You are fluent in English: we work in an international group;
· Knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
