Job description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a PIM Agent with proficiency in German and English. As a PIM Agent , you will play a crucial role in managing product information and ensuring accuracy across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
· The qualified initial processing of incoming orders according to compliance rules
· Control of orders through an active and professional order tracking
· Customer and service provider support via phone when/ if applicable
· Ensuring service and quality order processing using appropriate and also cross-team measuring
· Ensuring the commissioned scope of services taking into account the customer requirement
· Archiving/documentation of all necessary information
· Processing incoming complaints considering the specified service levels
· General administrative tasks (office organization/administration
Profile Key Requirements:
· Experience in the customer service sector, in areas such as real estate or insurance, craft business or call centers carry an advantage
· Completed trainings for commercial or technical qualifications (e.g., roofers, heating, air conditioning and plumbers, bricklayers, electricians, etc.)
· Strong communication skills on the telephone and support for customers
· Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point)
· Ability to work independently, carrying solid organizational skills (Dispositional skills)
· Very good knowledge of Italian and English, both spoken and written
