Job description
As consultant for PaPM you work in an international project for building a new S4 based landscape for finance.
You discuss business requirements and needs within your project team (internal and externals) and plan and implement solutions.
You will
· As a consultant for SAP PaPM in insurance you are familiar with SAP PaPM implementation or customization, additional knowledge in SAP FI are a plus.
· You manage the processes end-to-end.
· You are responsible to lead and develop a high performing team.
· You provide expertise and knowledge to improve customer's business performance by analyzing respective business requirements.
· You actively support pre-sales activities and proof of concept delivery of SAP PaPM business use cases.
· Active Contribution in projects to implement SAP PAPM for SAP FPG (FPSL) and SAP S/4HANA (EPR)
· Development of new solutions and organizing the operational run
· Provide expertise and knowledge to improve customer's business performance by analyzing respective business requirements
· Act as a mentor for knowledge transfer to less experienced team members to ensure support over the whole year
· Building up a center of competence in the area of PAPM at Allianz
Your Skills
· Passion for the digitalization of the insurance industry
· Experience in project management and IT-implementation consulting
· SAP project experience with a focus on modules: PaPM/FI/BW/SAC
· Willingness to travel within Europe (mainly) and partially worldwide
· Business fluency in English
· Experience in working with international teams as software developer or engineer ideally in the area of finance/reporting
· Deep Knowledge in SAP PAPM
· Knowledge in SAP FI (S4) and/or FPG (FPSL)
· EGood communication skills and ability to organize work
· High motivation, collaboration skills and End2End mindset
· Strong communication skills and joy in passing on knowledge
· High level of initiative, ability to work in a team and willingness to work
· Business fluency in English
