Overview
The Operations Project Manager is responsible to supervise handling operations activities for efficient process monitoring and responding to clients according to set quality & performance standards of the Health Operations. The incumbent will support Egypt HOO in handling the Ops platform (TPA & IPMI) in co-ordination with the Functional Managers as per the Health Ops LoB structure. He is also responsible for helping the team to be client-oriented to deliver quality actions, promote productivity and efficiency.
Key responsibilities / What you do
· Collaborate with functional managers to maintain the SLAs.
· Maintains the reports of different functional areas as requested.
· Provides hands-on assistance to the team members in day to day work and in communication with the clients.
· Prepares & Maintains Daily, Weekly & Monthly Process Report and check-lists.
· Contributes to sustainability knowledge management.
· Develops and monitors the skills to fulfill the tasks requirements and enable motivation of staff and encourage their professional growth.
· Suggests training requirements of staff to ensure productivity and growth.
· Apply and respect AzP Health leadership principles and create an environment of open communication and continuous improvement
· Assist Egypt HOO in overall supervision of the Customer Operations, Claims and Policy Management departments (both TPA & IPMI) and monitoring departments performance.
· Contributes in operating, developing, implementing high end policies.
· Act as OPS project manager for high end projects.
· Responsible in implementation of the core processes.
· Suggest updates in policies and procedures within the department to be followed by the staff members.
· Ensures tasks of the team member requirements are fulfilled according to operational measures.
· Monitors & ensures targets and reporting targets are achieved.
· Ensures high level of quality in daily tasks.
· Monitors and follow-up on the performance of the department based on agreed performance targets.
· Ensures high quality customer service is provided at all times by developing quality standards.
· Ensures that communication requirements are being adhered to in a timely and professional manner.
· Takes responsibility of any task/project assigned by Egypt HOO.
· Manages targets and quality check of data & efficiency of the staff members.
· Collaborate with different functional units and different external stakeholders to ensure Egypt Ops targets are achieved.
Key Requirements / What you bring
· Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree.
· 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar management role.
· Expertise in delivering high-quality program outcomes according to the scope, work plan, quality standards and budget.
· Physically fit to carry out duties.
· Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
· Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills
