Medical Services Division: Multinational corporations with employees working in remote environments, for example within the mining, construction or oil and gas or for IGO`s who often face challenging conditions when medical assistance is needed. At Allianz Care, we provide medical assistance globally and have growing needs due to recent client wins.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Entry of treatment guarantees into the system

• Checking policies for coverage and completing treatment guarantees up to authorisation stage

• Following up on outstanding cases by e-mail and telephone

• Reviewing the work queues and preparing for distribution and system management

• Other responsibilities as required and directed by the manager

• Assist in the processing of treatment guarantees

• Assist Manager in creation of policies for the department

• Record minutes of team meetings

• Responsibility for Health, Safety and Welfare within team (please refer to the Company’s Safety Statement for full list of responsibilities).s.

• Medical claims reviews.

• Ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

o Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical coordination or healthcare administration role, with a focus on insurance operations.

o Proven experience with AI technologies, including Power BI or other Data Analytics tools is desirable.

o Strong understanding of AI tools and platforms used in healthcare (e.g., AI-based claims processing, predictive modeling, or decision support systems).

o Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

o Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

o Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex issues at the intersection of healthcare and technology.
