This role is reporting to the Commercial Director, ASEAN.
Key Responsibilities:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for formulating and translating a market strategy into concrete actions and initiatives to achieve the commercial objectives in ASEAN and contribute to the broader APAC marketing ambition.
• Steer strategic projects and manage business-wide initiatives for the ASEAN markets
• Lead, manage and execute all sales reporting & planning for both local management & regional / global requirements.
• Support ASEAN Commercial Director to develop and support growth initiatives across multiple channels and ensure alignment with sales teams
• Provide research, data analysis and insights to support commercial planning, NPS and regional initiatives.
• Support marketing & communication activities, working closely with all Allianz entities to deliver the Allianz Trade proposition to the market
• Develop country-specific marketing strategy including communication to support ASEAN Commercial Director, in alignment with Regional office
• Create, manage and execute APAC and ASEAN content plans, including articles, product pages, brochures, case studies and thought leadership.
• Track content performance (organic traffic, engagement, lead impact) and optimise continuously.
• Ad hoc support to CEO ASEAN for strategic projects
• Act as the regional ‘Super User’ for Salesforce.com responding to local, regional and global needs. Provide on-going training to users and resolving issues.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3-6 years experience in similar position
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelSalesforce.com or similar CRM experience
• Experience in managing and analyzing large sets of data
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• The ability to adapt to changing pressures and workloads
• Strong team player, able to convince without authority
• Ability to translate technical or insurance concepts into clear, engaging content
• Familiarity with digital content metrics such as SEO, engagement and conversion indicators
• Experience in market planning preferably in B2B and Insurance/financial services
