Job description

What you do

• Provide legal opinions, advice, and recommendations to management and employees to ensure the lawful conduct of the Bank's activities.
• Offer opinions on credit transactions and participate in the establishment of securities in favor of the Bank.
• Draft and coordinate contract projects.
• Conduct procedural representation.
• Perform other actions within the scope of the Legal Department's functional responsibilities. 

What you bring

• Completed higher education in law.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract, commercial, or property law.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to use AI technologies such as ChatGPT. 
• Previous experience in a bank or financial institution is an advantage.
