About the role

 
  • Prepare ad hoc reports utilising a range of AAL data sources, including the data warehouse.
  • Provide operational support to all lines of business, offering open source, social media, skip tracing, data analysis and related technical services.
  • Undertake internal investigations to reduce outsourcing costs to claims lines; this includes skip trace and social media.
  • Provide a professional service and analysis delivered in accordance with requests and agreements.
  • Communicate effectively to all stakeholder’s fraud network analysis and social media reporting.
  • Assist in the implementation of operational solutions to minimise fraudulent activity.

 

About you

  • Experience of working in a customer service role for a complex, matrixed insurance organisation.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions.
  • Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making.
  • Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
