About the Job

 

As a Working Student in Sales and Commercial Management at Allianz, based in Barcelona, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and commercial operations. This role focuses on tracking charges and invoices, creating forecasts, and developing business cases to analyze pricing strategies within our customer base. You will support the team in implementing sales strategies to achieve business goals, with a particular focus on the field of Conversational AI. This position is ideal for a motivated and enthusiastic student with strong project management skills and an interest in IT sales.

 

What you do

 

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to support business goals.
  • Support commercial operations by tracking charges and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Help create forecasts and business cases to analyze pricing strategies and optimize customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support project management and tracking processes.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in conversational AI.
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Help prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and commercial activities.

 

What you bring

 

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Marketing, or a related field ideally in Barcelona or on a public/private academic institution in Spain. 
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Interest in sales and commercial management, preferably within the IT sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with an interest in creating forecasts and business cases.
  • Good project management skills with a willingness to learn and manage complex processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest and knowledge in conversational AI and IT sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and basic knowledge and interest in AI.
