Job Purpose
The job holder will be responsible for all Allianz Greece Sales related activities for the Automotive segment. The role is responsible for implementing the annual sales strategy for the specified area of Car manufacturers. This person will also contribute to strategy formulation for the assigned area, aiming to expand business in existing clientele and acquiring new partnerships.
What you will do
- Stay up to date with market trends, as well as automotive industry changes and shifts
- Manage Field activities with main focus on direct collaborations with dealers, supporting also central agreements with car manufacturers
- Maintain a strong focus on managing internal stakeholders and coordinating projects related to Automotive, in cooperation with involved departments
- Demonstrate technical expertise to effectively present and explain characteristics of Company products to customers
- Build and maintain excellent professional relationships with the automotive industry
- Act as a liaison for associates, addressing issues with the Company
- Own responsibility for implementing and achieving automotive annual sales targets and guidelines in Greece
- Communicate with the Group for Best Practices, Initiatives and/or Alternative products
- Participate in internal projects that affect or are related to Automotive business
What you bring
- Bachelor/Master degree in business-related fields
- Experience in Insurance or/and Automotive industry is an asset
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Experience with Sales tools, as well as evaluation and measurement is an asset
- Excellent command of Greek and English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Communication and presentation skills
