About the Job
We are looking for an experienced IT ServiceDesk Specialist to join our team, who will provide technical support for the dedicated Allianz insurance office in Pardubice. This position is ideal for a candidate with previous IT support experience who is able to effectively resolve technical issues and contribute to the optimization of IT services.
What you do
- Providing technical support to Allianz insurance company employees, solving more complex IT problems including hardware, software and network issues.
- Manage and maintain IT equipment in the workplace, including updates and configurations.
- Escalation and coordination of solutions to more complex problems with higher levels of support.
- Documenting and monitoring all incidents in the ticket management system, ensuring their timely resolution.
- Active collaboration with the IT team to improve processes, implement new technologies and procedures.
- Training and supporting users in IT, ensuring their effective use of technology.
What you bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or similar position.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems, office software and networking technologies.
- Strong communication skills, ability to effectively problem solve and provide user support
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use
- Ability to work independently and in a team, proactive approach to problem solving.
- Fluent Czech is a must, English on intermediate level as a minimum
