What you do

 

As an intern you will be located at Allianz Partners' headquarters in Munich along with your team of the Transformation Office and collaborating with international colleagues of multiple functions. 

 

You will have the following responsibilities:

·  Collaborate with your team in the development and roll-out of the global transformation program with a focus on Finance and Operations 
·  Engage in the ideation, implementation and scaling of Generative AI use-cases and related projects on innovations
·  Track, consolidate and interpret data on the steering of global FTE targets and reorganisation projects 
·  Assist in the planning and performance trackings of strategic initiatives on digitalisation and operational efficiency
·  Support in the preparation and follow up of strategic meetings with senior management and board members, including preparation of top management presentations 
·  You will be involved in all ongoing projects of your team as a fully-fledged team member and collaborate with Allianz Partners colleagues of different business functions and locations

 

What you bring

 

To be successful in this position you will need to have the following skills/experience:

·  Currently studying a Bachelors or Masters degree
·  Ideally, first experience in consulting, the financial industry and/or transformation projects
·  Strong analytical skills and ability to process complex information combined with a high-level attention to detail 
·  Motivation to work in dynamic projects with a solution-oriented mindset to find/develop new solutions 
·  Willingness to be a team player and to take part in mutual feedback
·  No pre-existing knowledge on Generative AI or insurance required (though beneficial) - you will learn everything you need on the job and your colleagues are always happy to help 
·  Solid computer skills, especially with MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
·  English writing and speaking proficiency is a minimum requirement - German, French and Spanish are a plus (but not required)
