Job description
Join the Third Party Risk Management(TPRM) / Outsourcing team at Allianz Technology and support the global roll-out of TPRM initiatives while ensuring compliance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). Your responsibilities include assisting in project coordination, preparing reports, and supporting daily team activities to strengthen Allianz’s risk management framework. This role offers valuable exposure to regulatory compliance, operational risk, and global project management in a dynamic environment.
What you do
· Support the team in project activities related to the implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA)
· Support organizational tasks and strategic topics through qualitative and quantitative analyses of key deliverables
· Contribute to and follow up on the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) roll-out globally
· Prepare training materials and documentation to strengthen internal awareness and knowledge of TPRM
· Develop presentations on strategic topics for executive meetings (e.g., Supervisory Board reporting, Risk Committees, Top Risks reporting) and training sessions
What you bring
·
Currently in the final phase of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the fields of economics, natural sciences, or communication sciences

Proactive, well-organized, and structured, with an independent working style and an eye for the big picture
·
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus
·
Experienced in handling MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Teams
·
Fast learner and detail-oriented worker, eager to learn and take initiative
·
Able to start immediately and interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months full-time (38 hours/week) or, in a working student position, part-time (16-20 hours/week)
