We are hiring an Intern for a 6-month position, starting on December 1st. You will be part of the global Private Markets group which manages more than EUR 90 billion in assets. You will work with the product specialist team, the investment team members and Distribution colleagues. You will be based in Paris, client’s coverage is global and Investment teams are in Paris, London, New York, Munich, Frankfurt, and Singapore. This position is based in Paris.

 

What you will do

 

·  Support the origination of strategy information with focus on the investment process, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and illustration of the investment case
·  Support the product specialists in preparing marketing events, client, and consultant meetings and internal communication of investment related content for marketing purposes
·  Support the setup/launch of funds and mandates for clients globally
·  Participate in product development initiatives of AllianzGI product solutions concerning the strategies under coverage

 

What you bring

 

·  Knowledge of Capital Markets, Private markets, and Real Assets
·  Master’s degree in progress 
·  Understanding of private market / alternative investments in contrast to public market investments
·  Bachelor’s degree in business/ finance/ economics / mathematics
·  Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI knowledge an advantage
·  Excellent writing skills, able to clearly articulate investment related content
·  Strong written and verbal command of English and French, German a plus
·  Organized personality
·  Intellectual and cultural curiosity
