Job description
As an intern, you will play a support role in the daily operations conducted by the CTO4 Office within Allianz Technology. Your tasks will include supporting the daily activities of the Executive Board Member's office by ensuring smooth internal communication and assisting the team in preparing relevant material for ongoing strategic and priority topics.
What you do
• Support in event organization and preparation of communication materials for relevant events such as town halls, strategic committees, and executive management committees
• Creation & Publication of Content e.g. newsletters, articles, pictures, designs & videos
• Track the internal CTO4 Office backlog and relevant organizational tasks
• Assist the CTO in preparing decision papers, presentations, and summarizing meeting minutes of relevant strategic topics and alignments
• Coordinate with the Assistant to the CTO to manage ad hoc requests and liaise with relevant stakeholders
What you bring
• Master’s student in IT, Business IT, or a comparable field
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (German is a big plus)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong presentation skills (ability to structure a meaningful and powerful storyline and follow corporate design guidelines)
• Ability to work autonomously with a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in IT Management, organizational management, or IT in general
• Eager to learn and take initiative
• Ideally, previous experience supporting an executive management team
• Availability to start immediately and interest in a working student position—part-time (16-20 hours/week) for a minimum duration of one year
