Part of our Identity and Access Management team, as Technical Lead you will support the development across our IAM technologies, be responsible for the implementation of changes, investigate issues which arise and collaborate with our Active Directory and other IT teams.
Your responsibilities will consist of both the day-to-day duties and project management of our IAM initiatives. As Subject Matter Expert you are technically supporting our One Identity platform. You are acting as the interface between the Architect and the developers. You are the primary contact for technical questions supporting the IAM team. 
 
This position will be based in our Frankfurt/Munich office.
 
What you will do 
 
•    Technical Lead for IAM engineering on a day-to-day basis, co-developing requirements and devising technical solutions
•    Release management for One Identity
•    Implementing small projects directly and coordinate the developers on larger project implementations
•    Reviewing code and maintain technical documentation in Confluence
•    Handover implementations to Operations team and support their daily business
•    Ensure One Identity Manager is running stable and manage version updates
 
What you bring 
 
•    Maintain a detailed knowledge and technical capability in IAM technologies, specifically One Identity Manager
•    Work experience with Active Directory, Azure, CyberArk, ServiceNow would be a plus
•    Experience in managing user lifecycle (identities, request & approval, provisioning, recertification, business roles, PAM)
•    Ideally 3 years of experience in direct IAM
•    Development experience in One Identity, including programming and scripting for automation
•    Track record in working with diverse global teams, as well as good communication skills
•    Experience balancing multiple concurrent projects and priorities
•    Proficient in English required, additional language skills are a plus
