About the Role:

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction? We are seeking a dynamic Head of Distribution to lead our Direct, Consumer Broker, and Territory Insurance Office (TIO) portfolios. Join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our consumer insurance division.

 

As the Head of Direct Distribution, you will be responsible for identifying, setting, and executing the strategic plan for our diverse portfolio. You will ensure alignment across all business units to deliver on our business and customer objectives as part of our Corporate Strategy.

 

Other key aspects of the role:

·  Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement business strategies across Direct, TIO, and Consumer Broker Personal Lines by partnering with key stakeholders.
·  Performance Management: Oversee and execute distribution financial plans, focusing on new business growth, customer retention, cross-sell opportunities, and product/geographical mix.
·  Thought Leadership: Influence and shape critical enterprise Distribution and Consumer projects with your expertise.
·  Customer Focus: Drive exceptional performance in Voice of Customer and Retention programs.
·  Business Intelligence: Provide competitive insights and build business acumen in personal insurance, Small Business, and CTP insurance categories.
·  Senior Leadership Collaboration: Offer data-driven insights to the Senior Leadership group and the Board.
·  Continuous Improvement: Influence and oversee system, product, and business practice improvements to maximize customer satisfaction and business efficiencies.

Important to your success:

·  Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and industry accreditations.
·  Comprehensive understanding of regulatory and legislative compliance in the general insurance industry.
·  Advanced people leadership skills with a track record in coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
·  In-depth knowledge of direct-to-customer insurance product offerings.
·  Significant experience in developing and executing business strategies.
·  Superior strategic thinking, financial analysis, and budgeting skills.
·  Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes.
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with audiences at all levels.
