Contract Duration
- Temporary role, 21 months from 1 Apr 2026 to 31 Dec 2027. It may extend subject to demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute Program Implementation and Policy Issuance
- Program implementation
- Manage timetable for preparing system set-up for forthcoming renewal programs
- Ensure system maintained with latest Program information and data; resolve data quality issues
- Advise Sales & Account Manager on the best way to set-up programs from system & Master Agreement perspective
- Produce updated Master Agreement as required - Clause management
- Attach correct clauses to Master Agreement and ensure all are uploaded to the system
- Monitor translations of clauses in local language when required - Policy Issue
- liaise and coordinate workflow with other teams to secure timely execution; resolve policy set up issues
- issue local Policy documentation (Special Terms & clauses) from system, liaising with Program Manager if/where changes required and ensure complete accuracy
- liaise with Account Manager to ensure client signature process where required
- ensure local considerations (foreign language; mandatory clauses; fronter) fully reflected in local documentation - Mid-Term Amendment
- Manage and execute Mid-Term Amendments as directed by Program Manager - either program level or managing insurer level - ensuring quality and accuracy of Pluriform
- Generate new Master Agreement / Policy docs according to KPI quality standards - Liaison and co-ordination
- Co-ordinate workflow to secure timely execution, liaising with other MNC functions (e.g. Account Manager, Regional Contract Management etc.); act as relay with Business Support
- Interact & co-ordinate with other teams beyond geographical and functional borders to provide seamless worldwide contract servicing to the Policyholder (Core and/or other teams throughout the MNC such as e.g. Commercial, Credit, local claims teams, local finance)
Key Requirements:
- Undergraduate Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in any business related fields
- Proficient in MS Word including formatting
- Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Capable to read Simplified Chinese
- Proficient in Chinese typing (Traditional / Simplified Chinese)
- Ability to communicate via all mediums (e.g. email, phone) and at all levels of an organisation within a multicultural setting
- Ownership ensuring issues and tasks (inside/outside direct responsibility) are addressed and resolved
- Proactive / strong organisational and time management skills
- Good knowledge of MNC Program and policy structure would be an advantage
- Good Knowledge of MNC IT systems (PraxisPF) and Program Implementation / Policy Issue / MTA processes on a Program and local country level would be an advantage
- Good Knowledge of standard clause library and clause application would be an advantage
