As part of our PMO-as-a-Service offering, you will provide comprehensive support and guidance for various projects while ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain project and milestone plans (agile and traditional), planning of meetings and workshops, support resource and capacity planning
· Monitor project progress (e.g., work status, requirements, velocity), cost, budget, quality, risks and other specific project KPIs or dashboards
· Administrational support for set-up & preparation of meetings incl. results documentation
· Prepare (raw) data for reporting purposes, execute (standard) project reports, develop/establish new reportings and executive summaries based on project needs
· Execute (ad-hoc) research activities and present results to project team members
· Setup and maintain of collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams) and ensure access of all project members
· Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to meet customers’ expectations
Key requirements / skills / experience:
· Degree in Project Management/Business Administration/IT Service Management or any other relevant educational background with exposure to project management
· Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a project management or consulting environment
· Project management or consulting experience, including on project steering and governance (agile and classic methodologies)
· Proficient use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams)
· Experience in reporting (tools, processes, templates)
· Ability to prioritize, estimate time requirements and meet deadlines
· High motivation to manage and finalize tasks in a complex environment
· Enjoys working in global teams

Desired requirements / skills / experience:
· Exposure to project management tools (MS Projects, Jira etc)
· German, French or Italian language skills are a plus
· Professional experience in insurance industry is a plus
· Possession or target to obtain one of the following certification(s) is a plus: CAPM, PMP, Agile methodology-relevant certifications
