We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Intelligence Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for data, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Modeling:
· Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources (e.g., databases, APIs, spreadsheets).
· Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
· Develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms to predict future trends and outcomes.
Data Visualization:
· Create compelling data visualizations (e.g., dashboards, charts, graphs) using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
· Present findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Business Intelligence Tools:
· Utilize BI tools to develop and maintain data pipelines, reports, and dashboards.
· Optimize BI solutions for performance and scalability.
Data Governance:
· Ensure data quality, accuracy, and security.
· Adhere to data governance policies and procedures.
Collaboration:
· Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
· Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and other team members to achieve project goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
· Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
· Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js).
· Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
· Understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning techniques.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
