You'll be responsible for:

• Process and issue Quotation/Risk Document, statistic and report within Dept timeline and Quality standard, and to provide analysis recommendations
• Provide technical support  and training to Branches, intermediaries and clients.
• Decision making in underwriting of risks within Company guidelines.
• To support in internal system enhancement of OPUS/ALPHA Marine systems/ IT Projects until successful completion & to manage/upkeep the eMarine system & other internal control system within Dept timeline and recommend immediate corrective actions to be taken by branch and/or Dept where necessary.
• To support team leader to continuously review workflow/process and provide recommendations to improve delivery standards
• Any other duties as and when deemed necessary
• Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for automating routine tasks and enhancing productivity

Important to your success:

• Fresh graduates with Degree in Business / Finance / Actuarial / ICT or Insurance Studies.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high learning agility plus work efficiency.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, with good communication skills.
• Strong computer application skills, eg: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
• Advantage to candidates with AMII qualification or equivalent.
