What We Expect From You?
· Bachelor’s degree in related fields
· 3+ years Success Factors HR modules experience
· Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
· Analytic, result-oriented and strong planning and organization skills
· Experience with system integrations and data migrations; data analysis, report creation, metrics & trend analysis
Yow can you make an impact?
· Implement, configure and optimize HR processes within SF modules in line with Global Projects.
· Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze Local People and Culture System requirements for successful system deployment.
· Collaborate with external system consultants and other IT functions to ensure integration between People and Culture information systems.
· Coordinating the planning of the necessary or future system developments that the HR Group needs
· Assisting in scoping and planning the development of the change components of project and programme plans with a strong emphasis on interdependencies with other programme workstreams e.g. technology, operating model, process and system design
