Distribution
Purpose of the Role
As a Communications Officer is responsible for developing and managing the overall communications for Distribution division, including but not limited to time-sensitive campaigns, contests and events, and projects led by the Distribution channel. You will also be responsible in managing Distribution creatives requests and executing cascade requests to Agency and Bancassurance distribution channels.
Responsibilities of the Role
· Conceptualizes and creates comms plan for contests, events, campaigns, and projects with distribution stakeholders for implementation.
· Writes copy and edits communication materials for contests, events, campaigns, projects and internal announcements and advisories for cascade within Distribution.
· Manages Distribution channels' social media communications (Facebook and Viber groups and the like).
· Manages Creatives requests and cascades the communications to Agency and Bancassurance Distribution channels effectively and in a timely manner.
Requirements for the Role
· 2+ years prior experience in a communications or marketing role
· Understand the best practices of e-mail etiquette and social media channels including Facebook, Viber, etc.
· Must possess exceptional writing skills and be able to compose engaging and accurate content.
· Strong communicator who works well independently and with a team.
· Superior time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
· Ability to think strategically and identify ways to improve communication efforts.
· Must be resourceful and take initiative even when given minimal direction.
