About the role
Marketing Strategy and Ownership:
· Lead the development of customer marketing strategies and campaigns across our Banking, Financial Institution, Mortgage Broker, Member Group and Automotive partnerships.
· Manage the development of the third-party marketing strategy and support the annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans.
Campaign Delivery, Optimisation and Continuous Learning:
· Develop a library of integrated advertising, retail and owned campaigns that Partners can manage and implement under their own brand or as a co-branded offering.
· Manage delivery of partner plans and assets to ensure they are delivered on time and on budget, ensuring that they are compliant and within the Allianz Australia risk appetite.
· Identify and monitor campaign effectiveness metrics in real time, ensuring results are used to refine the campaign approach or to inform the approach of future campaigns.
· Distil campaign, sales and competitive data and reporting to identify how to optimise marketing activity and investment.
Risk Management:
· Proactively manage risk through developing and streamlining engagement models, processes and procedures to enable an effective operating rhythm.
About you
· Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
· Extensive experience within a marketing or agency environment with demonstrated understanding of end-to-end marketing systems, processes and operations.
· Demonstrated commercial focus and acumen, with advanced budget management skills and experience.
· Demonstrated experience in using customer insight, sales and channel data to drive value and knowledge of marketing campaign methodologies, life cycles, and common Martech platforms.
· Demonstrated evidence of successfully leading and delivering complex programs and projects within time, budget and resource constraints and sustaining outcomes.
· Able to identify, analyse and assess risks inherent to the business and put in place appropriate controls / actions to manage the risks for future sustainability.
· Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes.
