JOB DETAILS / ROLE PURPOSE
• Person has to manage outbound sales.
• To work in rotating shift as per business requirement.
• Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
• Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the given resources and tools.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through outbound calling
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Maintaining call AHT as per process targets and requirements.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Following up on customer complaints/queries and ensuring they are resolved in the given timeframe.
• Meeting the basic login hour target and ensuring quality service is delivered to all customers
PROFILE KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Very Good communication skills.
• Must have worked in sales process with minimum 1year prior experience of Banking/Financial Sector/Insurance/Loan background in outbound sales.
• Ready to work in Rotational shifts and ready to extend shift when required.
• Typing speed of a minimum 25 words/ per minute with 85% accuracy is required.
• Employee having their own transport will be preferred
Experience: Candidate should have minimum 1 year of prior outbound sales experience
Education: Graduate
