The role

The primary purpose of this role is to responsible for leading and overseeing the delivery of initiatives aligned to the transformation roadmap within Personal Injury. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to advance tools and systems, ensuring delivery and execution across the Personal Injury Program, managing priorities and demands for the successful delivery of Personal Injury’s transformation roadmap.

 

You'll be responsible for

·  Driving the transformation and build execution excellence of prioritised programs across Personal Injury aligned to strategic outcomes.
·  Leading the centralised governance of the Personal Injury portfolio, provide leadership representation on PSCs, ensuring alignment across projects of benefits, requirements, and implementation approaches.
·  Supporting the General Manager Strategic Delivery and Innovation in developing and delivering the Personal Injury transformation and modernisation roadmap, continuing to adopt best practice technology and tools to meet business objectives.
·  Leading the project teams to deliver initiatives ensuring governance items are met, document and manage deliverables and dependencies, delivered and delivery risk assessments and ensure projects are delivered on time and to scope.
·  Leading the prioritisation of technology initiatives for the Division.

 

About you

·  Comprehensive knowledge of products, industry practices relating to Personal Injury and governing legislation.
·  Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline
·  Demonstrated experience in the development, planning and execution of initiatives and understanding of technology landscapes.
·  Strong leadership and team building skills, with the ability to motivate others.
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
