Job role

 

The Cloud Project Manager will be part of the IT Services within the Allianz technological landscape and he/she will deliver project management services to our customers focused on the cloud (Azure & AWS) technological landscape

 

What you will do

·  Ensure service production readiness according to regulatory (VAIT) requirements for the new services or business functionalities, which need to become productive/live
·  Include the IT compliance requirements in the project plan and monitor their completion
·  Support the business owners with the specific IT governance requirements during the project phase
·  Support the business owners to define service KPIs and non-functional requirements; ensure the non-functional requirements and their monitoring are in place before the service go-live 
·  Support the business owners with planning the IT run cost and with the calculating the distribution key for the Group Charges
·  Setup new service in a cost-efficient manner
·  Review the IT controls assurance for the CTA( internal process, knowledge transfer will be provided) services and support the OEs with their IT controls assurance regarding the CTA services

 

What you bring

·  Previous experience in IT, Engineering, or related field
·  Good understanding of ITIL (service management) and IT Security in terms of cloud migrations
·  Cloud Migration Risks, mitigating gaps and security holes
·  Kubernetes/Containers familiarity
·  Good knowledge about regulatory requirements of EU and/or Germany, e.g., DORA, GDPR, VAIT
·  Cloud certifications and knowledge in Azure, AWS is an advantage  
·  Understanding of Agile and similar industry standards
·  Experience in managing IT projects
·  Good knowledge of IAM principles
·  Good collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
·  Experience with KPI management and reporting solutions

·  Attending to details in order to maintain efficiency and spot potential pitfalls
·  Able to differentiate between a technical and a business perspective when finding solutions
·  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
·  Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.Relevant business experience designing and architecture of Identity and access Management with business requirements and security standards in mind.
·  Understanding of data privacy and safeguarding function controls
