The role
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure Allianz Workers Compensation internal and external customer expectations are met through accurate and timely processing of claims, identification of claims with escalating risk, management of liabilities delivery of high quality service levels and a commitment to learning and development.
You'll be responsible for
· Ensuring that the customer service provided to our injured workers and employers is proactive and of a high quality that meets Allianz defined standards.
· Ensuring all claims related queries are responded to in a timely manner in accordance with service levels.
· Ensuring correct determination of liability and compensation entitlements utilising WorkSafe tools and internal resources.
· Proactively managing claims, identifying, and managing return to work barriers on individual claims and implementing strategies to address these.
· Actively contributing to the achievement of business targets and participate in departmental projects, as required.
About you
· Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
· Familiarity with MS Office Products.
· Strong work ethic and time management skills.
· Attention to detail.
· Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations.
