Business Continuity Planning Specialist

Job description
We are looking for a Business Continuity Planning Specialist with strong project management skills and a profound background in assessing and analyzing complex and multi-faceted incidents. If you are ready to take on responsibility for the effective implementation and coordination of key aspects of the Group’s Protection & Resilience Framework and be part of the team that prepares Allianz Partners to withstand business disruptions and manages incidents and crises, take up the challenge.
Your responsibilities:
· Conduct IT and non-IT incident assessments.
· Manage Business Continuity, Crisis, Protective Security, Global Incident, IT Service Continuity, Outsourcing, and Emergency Response.
· Share incident management info and conduct trainings within AZP PL employees.
· Support DORA implementation for integrated incident management.
· Perform threat intelligence on Allianz’s Partners.
· Enhance crisis management exercises and improve BU crisis readiness.
· Participate in Protection & Resilience projects.
· Monitor BU review and self-assessment tasks.
· Perform as a Local outsourcing function (management and monitoring of external contracts)
Our requirements:
· Relevant University degree or equivalent experience.
· Knowledge of international standards and certifications.
· Strong MS Office and fluent English skills.
· Minimum one year of IT experience with business analysis or strategy development.
· Analytical, independent, and precise working style.
· Ability to build collaborative relationships and work in virtual, international teams.
· Strong communication and training facilitation skills.
· Able to work autonomously under pressure.
· Willingness to participate in incident monitoring outside usual hours.
