The Brand Strategic Specialist role is a key position within the Global Strategic Marketing and Distribution (GSMD) team. This role is essential for maintaining and enhancing the brand's presence across various platforms and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The specialist will work closely with different departments and stakeholders to support brand-related activities and initiatives.
What you will do
· Providing support for strategic brand-related inquiries across the organization.
· Providing comprehensive feedback on Allianz’s overall brand positioning.
· Contributing to the building of a brand structure for One Allianz.
· Acting as the primary contact for OEs (Operating Entity) regarding roll-out initiatives.
· Offering support with roll-out initiatives (such as customer documents) through regular tracker updates.
· Acting as the primary contact for OEs for global assets (e.g., informing about available assets, facilitating orders, confirming orders, providing estimated delivery dates, tracking orders, and supplying assets).
· Evaluating and advising local activation ideas to ensure alignment with the global marketing plan.
· Contributing to the development and updating of brand guidelines.
· Serving as an interface to Design Services and other collaborating departments.
What you bring
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
· Knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS-Excel, and Office 365
· Previous experience in marketing, brand management, and/or related roles
· Good understanding of brand management principles and previous exposure to brand-related tasks and activities.
· Strong passion for brands
You have
· Very good English skills, oral and written
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Excellent project management skills, attention to details
· Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to gather and analyze market trend data and consumer insights is a plus
