Key responsibilities :

·  Managing the activity and deliverables of a team within the framework of the organisation and guidelines for team, processes, rules and defined programmes and within the framework of his/her delegation of authority.
·  Mastery of business processes, must be able to respond to the requests of client and team members.
·  Takes part in the recruitment and/or integration of BAT team members.
·  Takes part in the recruitment, training and development of functional  testers and supervisors.
·  Plans resources according to operational flows in conjunction with the flow regulator. 
·  Proposes improvement actions for his/her activities (action plan).
·  He/she is the vector for sharing good practices.
·  Is the guarantor of the proper execution of the contract (process, KPI, etc.)
·  Mobilises, develops and evaluates his/her teams (setting individual objectives, monitoring quantitative and qualitative objectives, evaluates results, etc.)
·  Explains the roadmap and ensures employee adherence to it; ensures that the company’s values and interests are respected.
·  Manages the administrative and HR aspects of the platform.
·  Produces various reports and prepares the COPRODs (according to the Reporting Department)
·  Works in conjunction with the other Associate Managers/Managers and other stakeholders for the growth and development of the teams.
·  Contributes to cross-functional projects for the benefit and the transformation of the company.
·  Execute ACM test phases according to the plan :
·  Plan and organize Automated Non-regression testing execution with AzTech
·  Monitor and coordinate the global platform test preparation and execution across systems
·  Synchronize and ensure test scope and test plan definition readiness across systems/functional domains before new Testing phase
·  Coordinate test environments and test data preparation across systems before new Testing phase
·  Ensure training and availability of testers before new Testing phase
·  Organize, lead efficiently and effectively ACM testing calls/meetings to meet ACM testing planning and deadline
·  Lead testing execution progress/velocity and defects management to meet ACM testing deadline and quality
·  Maintain quality gates definition and ensure quality gates completion for a release Go Live decision

Education & Work experience :

·  Degree, Masters
·  Experience in testing and automation
·  ISTQB qualification will be an advantage
