Job description

 

What you do:

You provide reporting and analytics support for business units and strategic partners. This includes defining and fulfilling reporting and analytics needs with supporting data, reporting, and analysis for business decision making by providing solutions that leverage data exploration, visualization, automation, or statistical models. You will assist senior consultants with developing recommendations and data solutions for business and leadership teams, work with all levels of the organization, and be experienced in developing stories from data effectively. You are passionate about data and developing analytics. Accuracy, the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adjusting priorities in response to business needs is critical. You will report to the Operations Senior Manager.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders on maintaining and enhancing reporting, ad hoc analysis and development of analytics use cases. Produce scheduled metrics and reports utilizing a variety of data sources.
  • Collaborate with business areas, and cross functional partners to deliver business data, analytics and reporting solutions. Responsible for data analysis and telling stories with data. Identify data trends and anomalies, root causes of issues and working with the appropriate team members to make corrections.
  • Assist in developing strategic solutions including opportunities to use analytics and statistical modeling in support of Allianz goals and business targets. Create automated reporting solutions to increase efficiencies, alleviate manual reporting, and improve time delivery.
  • Partner closely with business partners, acting as a translator of business unit needs. Implement quality assurance process for all reporting and metrics programs.
  • Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).

 

What you bring:

  • 2+ years of experience required:  Reporting and data analysis, coding, visual modeling, consulting.
  • Four year degree required:  Bachelor’s in Business Analytics, Math, Statistics, Data Science, Business or equivalent work experience.
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require immigration sponsorship for visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B, L-1, TN, etc). If you are currently on CPT/OPT, you are ineligible due to the need for future immigration sponsorship. 

 

Base Salary Range:  $57,000 - $98,000

Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.
