Job Summary
To execute the strategies and provide sales support to internal and external stakeholders in delivering Division/region’s targets.
Key Responsibilities
- To achieve business targets assigned by the Company.
- To provide updates to agency force on the Company’s latest development and compliance matter.
- To execute agency transformation activities in achieving high productivity agency force.
- To provide timely support to internal and external stakeholders.
- To manage, track and monitor agencies’ performance.
- To conduct regular performance reviews with agency leaders and agents to ensure that their performance is on track.
- To motivate/coach/provide timely support to agency force to achieve production targets.
- To build good business relationship with agency force via regular visitations.
- To ensure compliance is being up-hold in conducting life insurance business.
- To conduct relevant training to agency force.
- To plan and organize activities that drive productivity.
Key Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree, Professional Degree in any discipline.
- Preferably 2 years working experience in similar role
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Result driven, able to achieve targets assigned and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and maintain relationship with agencies and management.
- Well verse in both verbal and written communication skills – English in particular.
- Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Good in presentation skills and possess basic excel /report analytical skills
- A team player.
- Must possess own transport.
- Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
