About the Job
As an Account Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to streamline billing and payment procedures, while adhering to accounting regulations and standards in Thailand. You will play a key role in safeguarding the company's financial health and supporting its growth objectives.
What you do
- Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve payment processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations in Thailand.
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, highlighting key metrics and trends for management review.
- Implement strategies to reduce outstanding receivables and improve cash flow.
- Conduct credit assessments and establish credit limits for new and existing clients.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of accounts receivable policies and procedures, recommending improvements as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes in Thailand to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Manage reimbursement processes for internal employees, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims.
What you bring
- Proven experience in accounts receivable management, preferably within the industry in Thailand.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- In-depth knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Al technologies, principles, and their practical use.
