Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Uniform Attendant to join our team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Uniform Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the professional appearance of our staff by managing and caring for uniforms in a organized and customer-focused manner.

·  Receive, sort, count, store, and issue uniforms according to established procedures
·  Assist in inventory management and perform basic uniform repairs as needed
·  Maintain cleanliness and organization in the uniform storage area
·  Keep accurate records of uniform issuance and discards
·  Report any damages or losses to the supervisor promptly
·  Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of uniforms and equipment
·  Comply with hotel health, safety, and hygiene policies
·  Assist with linen room duties when appropriate
·  Attend meetings and training sessions as required
·  Participate in emergency evacuation and fire safety procedures
·  Adapt to the tropical climate of Phu Quoc to ensure proper uniform care and storage
·  Perform other tasks as assigned by Resort Management

Qualifications

·  High School diploma or vocational training
·  Minimum of 1 year experience in housekeeping or laundry
·  Proficiency in sorting, counting, and storing uniforms
·  Basic knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping
·  Ability to perform minor repairs on uniforms
·  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
·  Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
·  Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
·  Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a hospitality setting
·  Ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Vietnamese
·  Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills
·  Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules
·  Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication
·  Understanding of proper uniform care in tropical climates (preferred)
