Job Description
 
·  Identify and target potential clients to generate new business. 
·  Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. 
·  Plan, organize, and host site inspections and familiarization trips to showcase the hotel's facilities. 
·  Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. 
·  Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue opportunities. 
·  Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. 
·  Represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows. 
·  Prepare sales reports and forecasts for upper management.  
 
Qualifications
 
·  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. 
·  Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry. 
·  Strong understanding of the hotel's market and competitive landscape. 
·  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 
·  Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. 
·  Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. 
·  Self-motivated and goal-oriented
