Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa & Wellness Assistant Manager to join our luxurious spa facility at SO Uptown Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and overseeing daily operations.

·  Overseeing daily operations and maintaining high standards of service
·  Manage and motivate a team of spa therapists and support staff
·  Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
·  Monitor and maintain inventory of spa products and supplies
·  Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency
·  Assist in developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies
·  Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry best practices
·  Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently
·  Assist in financial management, including budgeting and reporting
·  Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new wellness practices into spa offerings
·  Collaborate with other departments to create integrated guest experiences

Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
·  3-5 years of experience in spa or wellness management
·  Proven track record in customer service and team leadership
·  Strong knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, and wellness trends
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Proficiency in scheduling and inventory management systems
·  Experience with budgeting and financial reporting
·  Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the spa industry
·  Ability to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies
·  Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
·  Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
·  Spa management certification preferred
·  Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
