Job Description

 

·  Identify, qualify, and solicit new group and conference business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
·  Handle incoming inquiries for groups and meetings in a professional and timely manner.
·  Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
·  Maintain regular contact with existing and potential clients through calls, emails, and site inspections.
·  Coordinate with the Events and Operations teams to ensure flawless execution of all group and conference requirements.
·  Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the hotel’s CRM system.
·  Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts as requested by management.
·  Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
·  Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and sales missions as required.
·  Ensure all sales activities are aligned with the hotel’s standards and brand values.

Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
·  Previous experience in a similar position, preferably within a
·  Strong sales orientation with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
·  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
·  Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key accounts
·  Highly organized with strong planning and time management skills
·  Team player with the ability to work independently when required
·  Strong problem-solving abilities with a guest-oriented and solution-focused approach
·  Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
·  Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
·  Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment and variable working hours
