Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organized Front Office Receptionist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and employees. This position is specifically designed for Emirati talent, supporting our commitment to local workforce development.

·  Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression
·  Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
·  Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives and meeting rooms
·  Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports as needed
·  Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation
·  Maintain a clean and organized reception area
·  Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
·  Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations
·  Provide general information and answer inquiries from clients and visitors
·  Implement and maintain office filing systems for easy retrieval of information

Qualifications

·  Emirati nationality
·  High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor's degree (preferred)
·  Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Strong customer service orientation
·  Computer Proficiency 
·  Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
·  Exceptional organizational and time management skills
·  Professional appearance and demeanor
·  Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
·  Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work requirements
