Job Description

This position is responsible for the daily leadership of the spa operations to optimize guest satisfaction as well as to ensure that all productivity and expense controls are followed, and all revenue opportunities are capitalized upon. 

The Spa Supervisor will support Spa Manager in maintain highest standards and quality of services in the Spa operation to meet and exceed budgeted revenue targets and other responsibilities as well, such as :

· 
Review daily productivity and measure spa actual performance to budget 

· 
Generate monthly facility productivity report 

· 
Provide and take responsibility for the professional delivery of all information via emails, telephone and in person to all potential spa guests  

· 
Responsible for inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained

· 
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment when necessary. 

Qualifications

 

·  Qualifications and experience in Massage therapies, wellness, health and beauty.
·  Two years experience in a similar role in a 5 Star Resort/Spa with a multicultural team.
·  Strong on revenue driving results. 
·  In depth knowledge of growing trends in spa therapy and wellness. 
·  Excellent communication and leadership skills.
·  Good working knowledge of MS Excel & Word
