Job Description
· Ensure smooth administration of Sales Department to the standard required by the Hotel and follow up of assigned and “Walk-In” site inspections and in-house group arrangements
· Coordinate all internal and external correspondence, incoming e-mail, and another administrative duties for the Sales team.
· Maintain complete and supported records of all sales agreements, contract and quotes for the hotel as per Novotel & Ibis procedures and policies
· Provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following Novotel and Ibis Gate standards of performance, by e-mail, phone or in person
· Flexible and adapt to rotate within different sub departments of the Sales Department or any other Department of the hotel as assigned
· Developing & maintaining sales proposals & collateral, desktop publishing, rate cards, newsletters, brochures and other materials related to marketing
· Developing standardize presentations, sales script and proposals
Qualifications
• Diploma or degree in hospitality, or sales
• Preferably has 1 or 2 years' experience in a customer service or telephone contact position
• Computer literate: desktop applications, internet & power point
• Fluent in the national language, good working knowledge of English
