Job Description
The Corporate Communication Department of Accor is looking for a new intern to assist the Digital Communications team in managing two of the group's major corporate communication channels: the global corporate website ( www.group.accor.com ) and the global intranet AccorLive used team members worldwide
This role will be responsible for helping manage both channels day to day, including, but not limited to, the following tasks:
External Website
·
Understand briefs, and create new pages with user-focused design
·
Integrate content, documents, and page updates (text, images, etc.) to the back office, and supervise integration by agencies
·
Briefing and supporting the management of creative agencies and the internal technical team
·
Coordinating validation processes with various internal stakeholders
·
Monitor performances and compile reports with insights
·
Contribute to a significant digital project
The intern will also be integrated into the ongoing website revamp project, helping coordinate agencies and stakeholders on page creation, image selection, integration supervision, page and document migrations, and structuration of the new SEO and paid campaigns strategies.
External Newsletter
·
Help with the creation of the monthly external newsletter (designing and integrating)
·
Analyze KPIs and propose ameliorations
·
Support the creation of punctual paid campaigns on LinkedIn
Intranet
·
Uploading articles and other content (text, images, etc.) to the back office and ensure content is well-structured, visually appealing, and aligned with platform guidelines.
·
Help manage requests from internal stakeholders to update the intranet
·
Tracking and analyzing KPIs - Monitor intranet performance metrics (e.g., page views, user engagement, etc.), compile regular reports, and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement.
·
Conduct daily monitoring of communication-driven components on AccorLive to ensure updates, identify errors, and propose adjustments.
·
Contributing to diverse projects (benchmarks, monitoring trends, reporting, PowerPoint presentations, etc.)

Contribution to the development of certain page contents (briefing & management of text writing by agencies, editing, verification of translations, iconographical research, etc)
Expected Length: 6 months
Start date: February or March 2025
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
·
Currently obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's diploma in Communication, Marketing, Web – UI/UX Design, or related fields in Digital is required.
·
Fluent English and French (written and spoken).
·
First experience executing creative ideas for digital platforms.
·
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
·
Familiar with Microsoft Office tools, Figma, and Adobe Suite.
·
Be Creative, proactive, autonomous, and curious.
Preferred Qualifications:
·
A first experience in Communication, Design or Digital will be a plus.
·
Be interested in the travel and hospitality industry and in digital.
·
Interested in learning project management skills.
This role is on-site and based in Issy les Moulineaux, France.
