Job Description

• Manage & plan all sections of Front Office to ensure that overall service standard delivery are maintained as a Flagship property.

• Lead quality control of Product & Service delivery within the department.

• Create a performance-driven culture that meets the business objectives of key stakeholders: guests, employees, owners, and Accor.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience as Front Office Manager of international premium & Luxury brands.

• Good people leadership skills to manage a multi-skilled team.

• Cloud based Opera experience preferred – must have Opera PMS experience.
