Job Description

·  Ensure brand standards are consistently maintained, delivering the highest levels of service, quality, and cleanliness.
·  Strategize with the team on new processes, actively sharing ideas, opinions, and suggestions to improve the environment and enhance the Spa experience.
·  Maintain extensive knowledge of competitors, including their locations, product offerings, pricing, promotions, and sales techniques.
·  Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs by focusing on guest feedback surveys, colleague feedback surveys, and financial results.

Qualifications

·  Previous leadership experience in luxury spas is required.
·  Ability to lead by example, foster a strong team culture, and set the tone for high performance.
·  A service-focused personality with a passion for hospitality.
·  Knowledge of massage, wellness, and healthy products.
·  Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
